I don't want to buy it, and then the next month the updated version comes out. Anyone have a clue. Seems like a good book, but I am wondering when the 5th edtion will come out. I read the authors website and it said it was supposed to be realeased last year.
Great book for anyone interested in producing HIPHOP mudic. This book was very imformative. I hope there is a follow up to this book. It sldo gives the reader a look into the history of music itself which I think is missing in todays art. It liked the way it concentrated on the basics and still gave you insight on the advance levels of producing. The interview also added a more open feel than you to be closed in on the writer's point of view and to hear others knowledge and experience be it whether they disagreed or agreed with the author.
